How do you fit and care for a closure for a natural result?

To get a truly natural finish, you need to align the tulle part of the closure carefully with your forehead so that the hairline stays invisible. We recommend blending the colour of the tulle into your skin tone with a little foundation or powder, which makes the join undetectable. Using a lace glue or a special gel gives a firm hold without irritating the skin.

Take care to press the tulle gently against the skin to avoid creases and get a smooth fit. To hide the knots, apply a little concealer or lightly bleach the part where the hair is knotted. When you style your closure, limit the heat of the iron or hairdryer to preserve the fibre, especially if you choose a natural hair model.

Always detangle starting from the ends so as not to pull on the base. Gentle brushing with a soft-bristle brush keeps the hair system shiny and clean. We advise using a sulphate-free shampoo to keep the tulle and the hair soft.
