This semi-permanent colouring cream from the High Voltage Classic range gives a true red, somewhere between cherry and rosy depending on the base. This range has been colouring the hair of bold-colour lovers since the punk era.
The formula is vegan and PPD-free. It goes on like a mask, with no mixing and no developer, and leaves hair soft. The colour usually lasts 4 to 6 weeks, depending on how often you wash. Manic Panic Vampire Red works best on light or bleached hair. On light brown hair it leaves a red tint if left on for a long time.
The tub holds 118 ml, enough for one or two applications on medium-length hair. Allow two tubs for long or thick hair. Do an allergy test 48 hours beforehand, wear gloves and protect your clothes. This Manic Panic colour should be rinsed in cold water to keep its brightness.
